All timelines, quotes, and repair outcomes are based on professional assessment and may vary depending on vehicle condition, parts availability, and insurance approval.
3. Estimates & Work Authorization
All repair work requires a signed estimate or authorization form.

Estimates are based on visible damage at the time of inspection.

Additional damage discovered during repairs may result in revised pricing or timelines.

In insurance claims, the final cost may be determined by the insurance provider’s approved claim amount.
4. Quality Guarantee
We stand behind our workmanship. If you experience any issues related to our repair work, contact us within a reasonable timeframe so we may assess and correct the concern.
5. Payment Terms
Payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise arranged.

• Insurance Payments
• Approved Financing (if offered)
Deductible assistance or “$0 Out-of-Pocket” applies only when allowed within insurance claim settlement guidelines.
6. Vehicle Storage & Abandonment
Vehicles left more than 5 days after repair completion notice may incur daily storage fees. Vehicles left over 60 days without communication may be classified as abandoned and handled in accordance with Texas law.
7. Limitation of Liability
We are not responsible for:

Pre-existing mechanical or cosmetic issues

Personal property left inside the vehicle

Damage caused by weather, theft, or vandalism outside our control
